Sources from the Cambodian government said Prime Minister Hun Sen will appear in public for the first time since infected with swine flu on 25th June and has now reportedly recovered from the virus, reports Deum Ampil.
The sources said Mr. Hun Sen will attend the multi-national force military exercise, dubbed the “Angkor Sentinel”, which was sponsored by the United States government and hosted by Cambodia. The sources added that, currently, Mr. Hun Sen is working from home and will be able to perform public duties from 17th of July.
On Sunday the 11th, Radio Free Asia reported that Mr. Hun Sen's health conditions remain a mystery with opposition parties saying they are very suspicious of his conditions.
However, on Saturday 10th, Mr. Tith Sothea, spokesman for the Quick and Press Reaction Unit, said Mr. Hun Sen as well as the other 5 cabinet ministers infected a long with him, have recovered from the deadly swine flu already.
