Even the Prime Minister Hun Sen have gave up of some interests with respect to the President. But Trofimov, who has just recently been nothing in power and said him that he will not give up the Island and hang up on him, and that was here in Cambodia, - we will see, he said to himself, I’ll grind him in powder, Dr. said in hearing.
Dr. An, was very thankful to the President who was so kind and generous to him and Dr. Bunnaroeun at many occasions not once had boasted to all, who was around him, as everybody new that Mr. President has gave him a house as a present, where Dr. had put nice sauna, especially for Mr. President, and on every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Mr. President has to come to use the sauna and to see a doctor Valentin, as Dr. Bunnaroeun had presented to the President the one quiet man, who use to work for the Soviet Military Intelligence as psychic and parapsychologist and who was happened to came with his wife and son to Cambodia with the intention to establish some private practice as a healer of Eastern medicine. Dr. Bunnaroeun had met Valentin at the one of the Russian Embassy reception where the Russian Ambassador Tereshcenko had introduced them to each other.
Dr. was so happy to that introduction and had promptly offered to Valentin his house to leave and in exchange of his mercy to give a medical attention to the president Samdech Chea Sim Chairman of Senate and The President of the Cambodian People’s Party, who happened was seriously ill, having a kidney problem, as his wife was suffered from the diabetics.
Valentine, had never expect such a powerful client in his practice, at some point he was even hesitated to give his assistance with those specific diagnoses, but Dr. Bunnaroeun had insisted that’s all will be fine. He suggested to Valentin appropriate price that he has to charge from the President and his wife for each session, as half of that price will applied for Valentin’ tenancy. Also, in a future they were agreed that any patient whom Dr. will refer to Valentin, that all of the profits will be divided fifty-fifty, between two of them.
At the some period of time their join venture became very successful and they have had a good returns, Bunnaroeun was a master to present and recommend Valentin, saying that, the famous doctor from Russia who treats the president and his family, -at the beginning that worked perfectly, but lately many people had realized that the price was too high and the progression is too low...

Unfortunately, lately when I was able to show Mr. President’s medical record and having a discussions about his medical condition with some respected doctors from NYU on the merits of his diagnosis as I have been told that the sauna was completely contraindicated to the president, but regrettably I didn’t have a chance to show to an American doctors a hands of Valentin’s and that herbs which he was giving to an old man but now it does not matter of course if the president is still alive.
On the next day which was Wednesday, Mr. President had showed up for his scheduled procedures at Dr. Bunnaroeun house, doctor (Bunnaroeun) was obviously nervous and following with the dog’s attention kept waiting for the news with the situation of Koh Puos Is.,

When Dr. had mention that Koh Puos - Snake Island is available for sale, Trofimov being bright businessman he had clearly understood that he has to move to Sihanoukville and start working for the process to buy Koh Puos - Snake Island from there, without telling anything to Dr. Bunnaroeun, and if any difficulties may occur he will resolve them locally. And, that was a perfect decision, because having partnership with Dr. Bunnaroeun on that project, with the guy who has no money whatsoever and no respect but the President’s, will not progress his goal in anyway.
Another thing having friendship and the good will of Oknha Sok Kong who is the Chairman of one of the largest and the most powerful family in Cambodia the SOKIMEX Group, gave to A. Trofimov clear and explicit move to the buying ability and definitely to a strong confidence do not to give up Koh Puos Is., even such to an opponent like Dr. Bunnaroeun An.
Only one year later he had regretted that, when he was charged and sentenced in March 2007 by a Cambodian court to 13 years in prison on charges of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.
But at that time when he was accepted in the fraternity society of high-ranking CPP officials, those who govern the the Kingdom, where to have sex with underage there was considered as an absolute norm, we are talking about a society of low morals but with the huge potential of money and power.
Frankly, knowing A. Trofimov, I may say he is nothing but the scapegoat.

When in November 2007 I got a phone call from one known journalist Jay Rupert, who had shared with me that he is surprised how come Mr. Trofimov, couldn’t get away from this charges, being under the protection of such a powerful patrons, as everyone knows, that the Justice system in Cambodia is fully corrupted and case like this usually cost, not to more than $10,000 to get away, I had reply, probably somebody is very greedy and wants everything what he has - the Koh Puos Island.
We have to admit, that Trofimov was smart enough, when he was arrested, do not to list all around him and including Dr. Bunnaroeun, and to tell openly that the circle where he belongs to, that the parents themself were bringing children for sale to accomplish high bosses for their sexual desire. Definitely, if he said that he might be never survive as of today, or be able to take care of the assets which belongs to him. The whole country is known for a child prostitution and the pedophiles are coming from all over the world, you’re walking on a street and almost on every corner somebody offers to you a kid to have sex with. And I sure that the mother of that Trofimov’s "victim", if not paid she was forced to testify against Trofimov, because at that time her 14th year-old daughter was forced to became the income for the family, where her parents might dye from hunger.
That’s why I’m who raised a daughter and having two grand children wanted desperately to change that country.
Anyway, Dr. Bunnaroeun felt terrible, firstly he took already $70 thousand dollars as advance payment from V. Rabinovich and definitely he would never return, secondly he didn’t know what to say as he failed when he wanted Mr. Rabinovich to believe that he and his patron the most powerful gang in the Kingdom.
