Where does wisdom and understanding dwell? In Shanghai? Hanoi? N.Korea?
At the United Nation? Not in Phnom Penh for sure. Where can the Prime minister of Cambodia find true wisdom? Does the monks know it's path where wisdom walks? If they do, why hasn't the state of the country improve and prosper beyond measure to make other countries envious of it sources of strength and posterity?

Yet, wisdom is calling out to young men each day saying, "Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O you simple, understand wisdom: and, you fools, be you of an understanding heart.
For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of God. But he that sin against me wrong his own soul: all they that hate me love death."

"ALL THAT HATE ME LOVE DEATH"
Pretty bold statement to make from wisdom. Think about it!

Very philosophical statement, but not relevent to Cambodia.
