A Foreign Ministry official said that Foreign Minister Hor Namhong (pictured) will lead a delegation of senior officials from the Cambodian Foreign Ministry to visit to the disputed border village of Kantuot in Choam Ksan district in the Preah Vihear area today, Sunday the 24th January which is in dispute with Thai troops, reports Radio Free Asia.
Mr. Koy Kuong, spokesman for the Cambodian Foreign Ministry, said on Friday 22nd January that the reason Foreign Minister Hor Namhong leads the delegation to the area was because he wanted to see first hand the border and military situations in the area. "He is going there because he wanted to see the general situations in the area. To see the general border situations at Preah Vihear and to visit our troops and to bring gifts to our soldiers based in the area", he said.
Gen. Chea Dara, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, said the tension in the area had briefly reached tension point on 16-17 January when Thai commanders threatened to use force to evict Cambodian troops from Phnom Top, 4 kilometres west of Preah Vihear temple.
Gen. Srey Doek, commander of Division 3 of the Intervention Force based in Preah Vihear, said the situation at Phnom Trop has now eased.

it is obvious that an encroachment in the east is silent compare to the west side. obviously that the cpp is favoring the yuon and the issues at thai border were instigated by the yuon among the khmer leaders. we khmer might as well hand down khmer land to the yuon and get it over with the killing of our people. getting fuck in the ass repeattingly is very painfull, so i will gave khmer land,speak and write yuon so my ass would not as painfull.
