The Cambodian Family, a nonprofit organization, purchased 1626 E. 4th St. in Anaheim, CA, from private sellers for $2.25 million, or approximately $190 per square foot.
The 11,800-square-foot office building was constructed in 1980. The new owner has moved into the building.
Justin Hill and Andrew White of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Jeff Hirsch of Lee & Associates.
