The Appeal Court will hear Mu Sochua's appeal on 28th October, reports Deum Ampil.
On 4th August, Mu Sochua was fined 16.5 million riels ($8,500) after she lost the defamation case against Prime Minister Hun Sen in the Phnom Penh Court. She immediately she lodged an appeal against the decision.
Mu Sochua's appeal was supposed to be heard on 2nd October, but it was postponed for unclear reasons.
