Mu Sochua, Cambodian MP for Kampot, said U.S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will send an envoy to Cambodia to evaluate the conditions in Cambodia as a tie to the American aid.
This news came after Mu Sochua met Mrs Hillar Clinton and one day after she attended the Tom Lantos Human Right Commission congressional hearing on the human right sistuations in Cambodia.
Mrs. Mu Sochua said: "After I testified in the (Tom Lantos) U.S Congressional hearing in the name of a member of parliament who is a victim of a judicial injustice, Mrs. Hillary Clinton allowed me to met her and she immediately said that she is paying great attention to the situations in Cambodia, especially my case, as well as other cases of human right violations in Cambodia. I have made a request to her to send a delegation to Cambodia, led by a Special Ambassador, which was created by her after she became the Secretary of State. She had accepted by request positively."
The delegation will be led by Mrs. Melanne Verveer, Special envoy on Women Affairs and Children, that Mrs. Mu Sochua has been involved for the last 10 years. The delegation will be accompanied by a senior official from the U.S State Department.
Mr. Phay Siphan, spokesman for the Council of Ministers, said both Cambodia and the United States are countries that are equal before the laws. He said Cambodia is a state of laws and Mrs Mu Sochua, as an MP who had sworn before the sacred royal sword, must abide by the court ruling.

I think America should blacklist Hun Sen as a dictator and bans him from entering America.
This is a good move between Cambodia and US. WE will wait and see how they will play the game, the CPP, the SRP, and the US.
