An Australian warship, HMAS Darwin (pictured), will visit the Cambodian seaport of Sihanoukville from 22nd to 26th September.
The ship's visit is to strengthen the relations between the military from the two countries and is a follow-up visit due to the success of the previous visits by other Australian warships to Cambodia.
During the HMAS Darwin's visit to Sihanoukville Seaport, its crews and sailors will pay a visit to the Royal Cambodian Navy Base at Ream. There, they will provide specialist training to the Cambodian sailors as well as teaching them how to use naval maintenance equipments given by Australia.
Like previous naval visits, the Australian crews and sailors will play frienship sport competitions against the Cambodian sailors and the volleyball matches with the Cambodian disabled team.
