Trans-Atlantic rower Rob Hamill is about to head to Cambodia to testify against the Khmer Rouge prison boss accused of torturing and murdering his brother.Kerry Hamill was 27 when his yacht strayed into Cambodian waters back in the late 1970s. A fellow crewman was shot dead while he and a passenger ended up at the notorious Tuol Sleng prison, where both were tortured and murdered.Mr Hamill has been furiously collecting evidence since he found out he could testify about his brother's killing. He will testify before the tribunal next week.
