The long dispute at the Centre of Social Development (CDS) has come to a head on collision on the morning on Thursday (9th) when the renegade camp represented by Mr. Vi Houi, accompanied by court officials, raided the centre office and officially installing himself has the new executive director of CSD.
Mr. Vi Houi and one other person were former members of the Board of Directors of CSD but were eventually voted out of the organisation after there was a dispute of who has the power to run the day to day affairs of the organisation broke out. However, Mr. Vi and his cohorts resorted to the Cambodian authority who then backed his claim to the presidency of the organisation.
In a latest manoeuvre, Mr. Vi brought in court officials to raid the office and proclaimed himself as the new president of the organistaion.
Ms. Seng Theary was not at the office, as she is currently on an official trip to France. Hover, Mr. Im Sophea, Deputy President of CDS, refused to recognise the court order because it did not inform the centre first before the raid was carried out and also the Court of Appeal has not heard his side's appeal of the lower court decision yet.

The Hun Xen court are very agressor the same ah Hun Xen!!!!They know only one,dictator Hun Xen!!!
These people act like the mafia. Even Sok Kalyan look like one of the gangsters. This is Hun Sen's kangaroo court.
