PHNOM PENH — Japan has granted Cambodia just under $3 million for the country's general election to be held July 27, according to the Japanese Embassy's press statement seen Thursday.
The fund will be used by the National Election Committee for ballots, walkie-talkies, an email system, transportation and civic education among others, the statement said.
