First: trying to play at the same level field. If not winning, then Cheat it.
Second: if cheating is not enough to win, self proclaimed himself as the winner.
Third: If he cannot self proclaim himself as the winner, then there will be war if he lost.
What can we do with this monster Hun Sen?
We will need to wait for the right moment to strike - win the election on paper first - then make our ultimate sacrifice forcing Hun Sen to abide by the result of the election. Our sacrifice at the right time is the only option that will push the international community to intervene and help settle the real lasting peace in Cambodia. ( The crazy King Kong Sihanouk had screwed up the UN's effort in 1993 )
The peace that we currently have is not real because Cambodia will gradually become a part of Vietnam.
