ព្រឹកមិញនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន អូ សុី អាយ សុី (OCIC) រួមទាំង អាជ្ញាធរ ខណ្ឌជ្រោយចង្វារ មានទាំងគ្រឿងចក្រជាច្រើនគ្រឿង បានមកឈូសឆាយធ្វើផ្លូវរំលោភលើដីធ្លី ដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្របច្បាប់ ដែលស្ថិតនៅ ភូមិគៀនឃ្លាំង សង្កាត់ព្រែកលៀប ខណ្ឌជ្រោយចង្វារ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
(*) This morning, under the protection of security forces, a private company named OCIC brought excavators and other heavy equipment to demolish the houses of people living in Kean Khleang village, Prek Leap commune, Chroy Changvar district, Phnom Penh City. Under the pretext of conducting a development project actually reserved for rich people, the authorities have seized the corresponding pieces of land belonging to legitimate owners represented by poor people without their consent and without proper compensation. Right now Khmer citizen owners of properties, became a villain obstructionist and hostage to the country developmental instead of a dreadful victims in the name of development . Our citizen rights have been violated and sometime shut up by authority autocratic regime . The constitution law wrongfully interpret through the mouth of bribe uncivilized or well paid authorities . Any complaints , protests lawfully as an owner of the land ,became an obstructionist with unlawful right desired to stopped or retarding their developmental progressive and blame to opposition parties. It made a none sense approach of snubbing and not recognized the right of ownership in favor new development .we are Khmer citizen want to see these progress and move forward , but to bulldozer our properties or chase 'em out with no fair chair compensation is really unacceptable .
