19th anniversary of the 1997 grenade attack

២៩ មីនា ២០១៦ / 29 March 2016 – A sad ceremony for tomorrow (*)
ថ្ងៃស្អែក ត្រូវជាថ្ងៃ ៣០ មីនា ២០១៦ ខ្ញុំនឹងចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីរំលឹកខួប ទី ១៩ នៃអំពើភេរវកម្ម រដ្ឋអំណាច គប់គ្រាប់បែក មកលើពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់មួយក្រុម ដែលកំពុងតែឈរតវ៉ា ដោយសន្តិវិធី នៅមុខមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភាចាស់ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៣០ មីនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧។ ពិធីនេះនឹងរៀបចំធ្វើឡើង នៅទីកន្លែងកើតហេតុ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៨ ព្រឹកទៅ។

(*) Tomorrow, 30 March 2016, I will take part in a ceremony commemorating the 19th anniversary of the 1997 grenade attack, an act of state terrorism perpetrated on a group of innocent people who were peacefully protesting in front of the Old National Assembly building in Phnom Penh on 30 March 1997. The ceremony will start at 08:00 a.m. on the scene of the attack.
