Recently, you had indicated that you have difficulties negotiating
the border problems with the Vietnamese government.
Mr. Hun Sen, it's very easy. You need only to pick up your pen twice, but you
must follow the sequential steps:
Step One
Sign a military alliance/ treaty with China
Step Two
Sign the Litigation Complaints to prosecute Vietnam at the ICJ.
Consequently you now become a Khmer hero.
As you may already know when you die, you can ONLY take your legacy with you !!!
