PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Facebook page of opposition leader Sam Rainsy has received 900,000 likes on Monday, one year and a half after the launch of his page on April 23, 2013.
"Today my Facebook page got 900,000 Likes," Sam Rainsy, president of Cambodia National Rescue Party, posted on his page, hoping the number will reach one million by the end of this year.
"I would like to thank all friends and followers for their support. Through this page, I will continue to publish accurate and useful information that promotes democracy and patriotism associated with the sense of common good," the Cambodian-French politician said.
