PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Cambodian and Japanese investors have invested USD 10 millions to construct villas, flats and twin villas in Sen Sok district.
"Currently, Cambodia has strong development on construction sector, and so we jointly invest USD 10 million for the first phase," Mrs. Heng Vathy Kethrady, director general of J&C Real Estate Co., Ltd, said recently.
She said the first phase J&C Real Estate planned to construct three kinds of homes on the area of 20,000 square meters.
"We invest in this construction sector because we find out that Cambodia has real peace and has strong economic growth," she said.
