The arrest of Kem Maritha, director general of GST Express Bus near Sorya Market in Phnom Penh, was made at around 2:00 PM in collaboration with Thai police, said the police who asked not to be named.
The suspect was sent to Cambodia already.
Police from Ministry of Interior raided GST Express Bus on August 12 after arresting a man known as Chea Samnang, 34, who was a son in-law of the two-star general on August 8.
Samnang confessed that the killing of Va Dary, 30, and Kemtha Vichda, 6, was linked to his father-in-law who ran away.

This two star general does not sound like Khmer/Cambodian, but he speak Khmer fluently and is so corrupted under Ah Kwuck Hun Sen.
