Khmer race is a very corrupted race. Just look at the behavior of the Khmer blog admin: CORRUPTION.
There is a saying: Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The Khmer folks have virtually no power, yet, they already shows signs of corruption. Thus, give them a little power, say an official position with a little bit of power, they will be so corrupted.
That's why I salute Mr. Hun Sen. He has so much power and he is only corrupted for the good cause in maintaining the order and stability of Cambodia. He is a very good person actually.
I bet you, if Mr. Hun Sen is a blog admin, he will never delete any comments or posts.
