probably it is the way the CPP wants .. nobody 's there to oppose them ... every law passes so far works in their favor... people are losing their land , left and right and all the opposition party has achieved so far , is a little noise... all international countries no longer care---just like i have said--- when the CNRP first boycotted to join in the parliament.
