Cambodia-Vietnam conflict will never end as long as YOUN government & her peoples maintain ambitions to annex Cambodia territories. This borders of friendships between Cambodia-Vietnam as CPP-Hun Sen had claimed ONLY a temporary pipe dreams. Cambodian peoples knew that Viets illegally annexed Koh Tral isl, Koh Krojukses isl and vast sourrounding sea areas are illegal given by it's current puppet government CPP. As long as Vietnamese government is not sincere about respecting our country territories. There will never be a real borders of friendship like Hun Sen puppet had claimed. We must continue to resist in what ever ways we can even if it is a slim hopes. I would like our peoples to keep in mind that we MUST NOT committed racism against YOUN ethnics living in Cambodia even if they are illegal because: 1. They are human being with family like us. 2. YOUN are unkownly are part of a games Hanoi is playing to swallow up Cambodia. 3. This is what CPP/Hanoi wanted to paint Khmer peoples and CNRP as bad racism party to turn world opinions in their favors in order to swallow up our land with little international outcry. Make it easier for them to be the good thieves ! Lol 4. Have a moderate good Vietnamese peoples to turn to hatre of Cambodian peoples. If we took actions base on our frstrations, angered, hatred WE WILL LOOSE FOR SURE. Our enemies are very clevers, we must know this. Respect your enemies abilities before taken any actions.
Here are my opinions on how to fight CPP/Hanoi swallow up our territories;
1. Must build grassroots with Khmer peoples and get them educated about what going on around them. Teach them not to take any actions that make Khmer perceive as racism. The world hated racism. We need the world helps this very important ( ICJ court, foreign governments helps & their public opinions)
2. Build strengths within parliamentries to block any ratified any illegal treaty with our thieves neighbors that make us loose our territories. 3. Informed foreign powers again and again even if it falling on deaf ears. Eventually they will notice and indiscreetly kept an eyes on our neighbors actions. Build personal contacts relationships with these diplomats. Peoples will find it hard to reject your asking for helps if they knew you personally. There still goodness in peoples around the world.
4. Wrestle away powers from CPP in the next election and reform court systems. Get some good CPP members who still love for the country united.
5. Fired all CPP generals and promoted younger Khmer officers and send or bring in a professional helps to teach them. Strengthen our military with a better train and better equipments for good, sustainable defensive postures military. Make our enemies think twicea if they crossed into our territories to annex our land. Tell them there will be NO MORE business as usual.
6. Send more our students over sea to get a much better educations and human to human relationships with foreign students. These young peoples are our futures.

What a bunch of wanting, with no realistic of having. ------- Cambodia is poor, the whole country made 15 billion US dollars a year. The government has a budget of only 3.5 billion US dollars a year. How do you expect to strengthen the military and send more students oversea with such meager resource?
Thailand is spending 5 billion US dollars a year on military, far exceeding than Cambodia's military budget of 500 million a year. Vietnam's government budget is 32 billion US dollars a year, far exceeding the Cambodia's total GDP of 15 billion.
I call all Khmer to stop using smart phone, cut your expenses to send money back to Cambodia to help the poor. You are wasting money to look better on yourselves, competing with your neighbors, your friends.

First, Cambodia don't need to match Hanoi, Bangkok military GDP because those countries landmass and populations are more than twice the size of Cambodia. They had more countries border them.
Secondly, like Vietnam had two neighbors that are not happy with them. China is in a serious disputes over South China Sea areas and northern borders. China #2 Superpowers with military to wipe out VIETS armed forces. Cambodia only friendly to VIETS because their puppet dog CPP for now in charge
Third, Smaller landmass mean smaller military manpowers with better trained, equipments just for a good DEFENSIVE postures idiot Drgunzet. It's doesn't not need billions to have a professional well trained better equipped armed forces. All it is that your dog CPP stop letting those dog eaters in Hanoi controls our military. There are a lot of countries that made cheaper equipments that made Viets & Thai think twices before tresspass. Drgunzet idiot would to keep us thinking that we can't have a better armed forces to defend ourselves. DEFENSIVE ARE MUCH CHEAPER THAN OFFENSIVE MILITARY.
