លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវបានគេប្ដឹងពីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងមនុស្សជាតិ ទៅតុលាការអន្តរជាតិទៀតហើយ កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២០ មីនា នេះ។ ក្រុមអង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា និងជនរងគ្រោះនៃរបបលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានដាក់ពាក្យបណ្ដឹងប្រឆាំងនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា នៅតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ចោទប្រកាន់មេដឹកនាំកម្ពុជា ពីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងមនុស្សជាតិ និងការលាក់បាំងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងបណ្ដឹងនេះ មន្ត្រីគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ចាត់ទុកថា បណ្ដឹងនេះជាករណីនយោបាយ មិនមែនដើម្បីស្វែងរកយុត្តិធម៌ឡើយ។
នេះជាបណ្ដឹងទីបីហើយដែលក្រុមជនរងគ្រោះ និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល បានស្នើឲ្យតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅប្រទេសហូល្លង់ដ៍ (Netherlands) ស៊ើបអង្កេត និងកាត់ទោស លោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាន់ខ្ពស់មួយចំនួនទៀត ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មមួយចំនួន។ ពាក្យបណ្ដឹងថ្មីនេះ បានដាក់ចូលការិយាល័យព្រះរាជអាជ្ញាតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២០ មីនា បន្ថែមលើបណ្ដឹងពីរផ្សេងទៀត ដែលតុលាការកំពុងសិក្សាថា តើតុលាការមានយុត្តាធិការចាត់ការលើបណ្ដឹងទាំងនោះដែរឬទេ?
ក្នុងពាក្យបណ្ដឹង មេធាវីផ្នែកការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្សសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក លោក មូរតុន ក្លា (Morton Sklar) ដែលជាតំណាងឲ្យក្រុមអង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងជនរងគ្រោះ បានចោទប្រកាន់ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ពីរចំណុចផ្សេងគ្នា គឺទី១ ការព្យាយាមលាក់បាំងព័ត៌មានឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម តាមរយៈការព្យាយាមមិនឲ្យសាលាក្តីខ្មែរក្រហម កាត់ទោសអតីតមេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហមមួយចំនួនទៀត ដែលមិនទាន់បានចោទប្រកាន់។ ចំពោះចំណុចទីពីរនៃបណ្ដឹងនេះ ផ្ដោតលើការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សមានលក្ខណៈជាប្រព័ន្ធទូលំទូលាយ ការសម្លាប់មនុស្ស ការបង្ខំបណ្ដេញពលរដ្ឋចេញពីផ្ទះសម្បែង និងការរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទលើអ្នកទោសស្ត្រី។
លោកបន្តទៀតថា ចំពោះការរារាំងមិនឲ្យតុលាការខ្មែរក្រហម កាត់ទោសអតីតមេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហមនោះ តុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ពិតជាមានយុត្តាធិការកាត់ទោស លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដោយសារករណីនេះជាការការពារជនល្មើស។ ចំណែកការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញដោយហិង្សា រួមទាំងការសម្លាប់ និងបង្ខំបណ្ដេញចេញ បានកើនឡើងរហូតដល់ជាបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងមនុស្សជាតិ ដែលឋិតនៅក្នុងលក្ខន្តិកៈទីក្រុងរ៉ូម (Rome) ដែលបានចូលជាធរមាន កាលពីខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០០២។
ពាក្យបណ្ដឹងនេះក៏បានស្នើឲ្យការិយាល័យព្រះរាជអាជ្ញាតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ត្រូវផ្ដើមការស៊ើបអង្កេតជាបឋម ចំពោះការចោទប្រកាន់ទាំងឡាយដែលឋិតនៅក្រោមយុត្តាធិការតុលាការ បើទោះបីជាតុលាការកំពុងជាប់រវល់នឹងករណីឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មផ្សេងៗទៀតនៅប្រទេសមួយចំនួនក៏ដោយ។
លោក មូរតុន ក្លា បន្តថា ក្រុមអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងជនរងគ្រោះ បានជ្រើសរើសយកតុលាការអន្តរជាតិ ដោយសារតែ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន មានអំណាចត្រួតត្រាលើប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌នៅកម្ពុជា។ ដូច្នោះហើយ តុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ជាស្ថាប័នចុងក្រោយដែលអាចដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹងនេះ ដោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
មន្ត្រីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលធ្លាប់អះអាងថា តុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិនឹងមានយុត្តាធិការពិនិត្យលើបណ្ដឹងឧក្រិដ្ឋប្រឆាំងនឹងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោយពីមានព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បង្ក្រាបដោយហិង្សា ដែលមានលក្ខណៈជាប្រព័ន្ធ កាលពីចុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣ និងដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៤ នេះ។
ប្រធានផ្នែកអង្កេតរបស់សមាគមអាដហុក (ADHOC) លោក នី ចរិយា ធ្លាប់ប្រាប់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី ថា ការបង្ក្រាបដោយប្រើគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងពិតបាញ់សម្លាប់មនុស្សចំនួន ៧នាក់ និងបណ្ដាលឲ្យរងរបួសមួយចំនួនទៀត ជាបទល្មើសឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងនឹងមនុស្សជាតិ។
តុលាការឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ជាតុលាការអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍មួយដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងពីលក្ខន្តិកៈទីក្រុងរ៉ូម ដើម្បីផ្ដន្ទាទោសបុគ្គលទាំងឡាយណាដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះបទប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាម និងមនុស្សជាតិ និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មនៃការឈ្លានពាន។ តុលាការនេះមិនអាចជំនួសតុលាការនៃប្រទេសជាសមាជិកទេ ប៉ុន្តែអាចស៊ើបអង្កេត និងផ្ដន្ទាទោសបុគ្គលណាដែលសង្ស័យពីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម ប្រសិនបើតុលាការនៅប្រទេសសាមីនោះមិនអាចធ្វើបាន ឬគ្មានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការស៊ើបអង្កេត។
មន្ត្រីនាំពាក្យរដ្ឋសភា លោក ឈាង វុន កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ មានប្រសាសន៍ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលមិនចាប់អារម្មណ៍ទៅនឹងបណ្ដឹងប្រឆាំងនឹង លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឡើយ។ លោកចាត់ទុកបណ្ដឹងនោះថា ជាបណ្ដឹងដើម្បីឲ្យសារព័ត៌មានផ្ដោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ទៅលើគណបក្សប្រឆាំងតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ៖ «ដើម្បីដាក់សម្ពោធមកលើគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចរចារកទីកន្លែងដើម្បីតថ្លៃយកកន្លែង»។

I understand that Hun Sen is a real puppet of Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi. So, Hun Sen is not good for all Cambodia and Cambodian people because he is criminal and protected by the Vietnamese leaders who are very bad and who tried to take advantages of Cambodia by using Hun Sen as the political too and economic zone for Vietnam. Vietnam is clearly a troubled nation.
Hun Sen needs to go as quick as possible so that it is good to save his family or children.

Yes, Vietnamese leaders and Vietnamese government have NOT been able to pay the debts without having Cambodia and Laos. Vietnamese leaders, both Hanoi leaders and Ho Chi Minh, have made the huge mistakes on what it has been called secret wars over Indochina by gathering the puppet Laos and Cambodian who are dumb and brain washed in order to get rid of and kill French soldiers until Americans involved the war against Communist Vietnamese leaders, Communist Laos, Communist Cambodians (who were expecting to have a power and control their countries under the protection of the Communist Hanoi leaders) from expanding into South Asian regions. Vietnamese leaders have learned from Lenin and Karl Max so that they succeeded in the long run. Vietnam has owed the the debts to Russia and China. Now, Vietnamese leaders and government in Hanoi have secretly hidden in Cambodia and Laos as the world has been so blind that Vietnamese troops have withdrawn from Cambodia and Laos. Current Laos PM and Cambodian PM (Hun Sen) have enjoyed the protections of Hanoi leaders and government militarily and also enjoyed the powers to control their own countries. These two leaders Laos PM and Cambodian PM (Hun Sen) have been used as the Vietnamese political tools like Vietnamese puppets. Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi have betrayed Laos PM and Cambodian PM by taking away their natural resources and sending everything from Laos and Cambodia to Vietnam. At the end, Vietnamese leaders and government in Hanoi will be able to pay the dirty debts to China and Russia which have always wanted their money back.
Vietnam and Vietnamese government are very evil.
