CNRP calls off further talks with the CPP after this morning's bi-party meeting. Through the last few meetings the CPP has shown no political will for electoral reforms and is simply buying time and entertaining observers/donors.

Cnrp is being played by cpp many times and still hasn't learn. It's frustrating to see cnrp keep on going back asking the cpp for a renew negotiation after they told the people that no more negotiations with cpp many times. Sam rainsy is too weak to lead cnrp. Sam rainsy is not even the prime minister of Cambodia yet, he already broke too many promises to the people. We should demand Sam rainsy step aside and have khem sokha takes the lead!
3:25 pm, what we want to see is a change of the government, so I think Hun Sen should step aside and let Rainsy, the election winner, take charge. Or at least he should step aside and let Sar Kheng take charge because Sar Kheng will be a much better PM than Hun Sen.
Hun Sen, once cheater is a cheater is always a cheater. Hun Sen lost the 1993 election and refused to step down and he staged a coup in 1997 to take power. He then cheated in 1998, 2003, 2008 to win the election and in 2013 he refused to step down again after losing the election. So Hun Sen is a big cheater.
