CPP and CNRP agree on members of election reform committee

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) – Cambodian People’s Party agreed to have seven members from each party to establish joint committee for election reforms. 

Cheam Yeap, CPP’s senior official, said that the CPP has already issued the list of its seven members for forming the joint committee with the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP). 

He said CPP’s members would be led by Bin Chhin, but he could not make more comment on when the working groups of the two parties would meet again. 

CPP and CNRP agreed to set up the joint election reform committee after they had met earlier this week.
