I know some Khmer women had children with black soldiers in the 1970s and escaped to Thai refugee camp and went to live in America. In 1983, I saw to black girls/boys with Khmer mother in Transit Camp (Chonburi, Thailand) who migrated to America. They look 100% black. The mother said their father was a black soldier or something, so the guy in this video could be one of the boys I saw in Chonburi in 1983.
