Hun Panhabot is a son of Dy Vichea (son of the late National Police Commissioner Hok Lundy) with Ms. Hun Chantha who is a daughter of Hun Neng, Hun Sen's older brother and former governor of Kampong Cham province. Dy Vichea has divorced from Ms. Hun Chantha and is now married to Hun Sen's daughter, Ms. Hun Mana, who is the owner of Bayon TV. Hun Panhabot is biking around town with his girlfriend with his bodyguard trailing behind them so no one can touch him, even if he commits crimes. Sending a policeman to guard a private citizen who contributes nothing to the state is a waste of state money!

This is the Hun family -not respecting women and for using state resources for their personal desires. He could still be shot by a sniper even if he has a bodyguard following him.
