Agreed, Khmers in Cambodia MUST do it themselves. No one outside will free you unless you do it yourself. Khmers oversea can ONLY complain and meaning less protest. America & EU had a lot of their own problems. The free countries in North America & Europe can only act unless CPP/Hanoi was force to committed war crimes in order to maintain control. The UN is divided between Communist powers (China, Russia, Vietnam) and FREE countries ( U.S, EU, Canada, Australia etc). UN usually stand by when war crimes are committed in Southeast Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe. If you not white or Arab they won't take you seriously unless you are beneficial to them. So it left only Cambodian can free themselves from dictator & foreigns powers. FREEDOM & INDEPENDENT WILL NEVER BE FREE. IT IS USUALLY PAY WITH BLOOD I'M AFRAID SO.
