Thank Philipines. You are only a few ASEAN who truly care about the well being of Cambodian peoples. These countries like Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Singapore ONLY care to see continuing poverty, suffering of our peoples. Countries like Vietnam, Laos, Thailand wanted to keep Cambodia poor and ignorant in order to steal our territories. They were our enemies in the past millennium and continue until present day. These three countries wanted to see Cambodia exting. We should work with them as neighbors but DO NOT LET OUR GUARD DOWN. NEVER TURN OUR BACK ON THEM. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVING NEIGHBORS.
