Mr. Phay Siphan, is not a person that able to articulate the English language and certainly not suitable to cite any of the United States Statues, Codes, and Constitution at Large. There is not a single law in the book in the United States, neither in the level of Federal Codes Sections State Assemble Bills, nor any local ordinances that prohibits its citizen from "expressing their opinion" of each individual about someone, groups, things, and inclusive the President of the United States, that usually called "Freedom of Expression" No FBI, nor any federal agent knocking on someone's door, if a person expresses his/her opinion about something or someone, even using derogatory statements toward politician or even the President. I can not imagine that a person of your stature granted such an elite position.
Now, the world know that many people like you roaming around and control the future and destiny of my country, Cambodia.
