King Norodom Sihamoni opens 5th Mandate National Assembly 23 Sept 2013
On Saturday and Sunday, people presented 500,000 petitions to the king asking him to delay the first session of parliament, but the king seems not to care and proceeded with the opening as planned by the CPP.
