The polices (with Yuon/Vietnamese dog eating brains) who hit the innocent Khmer/Cambodian people and foreign journalists are real Yuon/Vietnamese dog eaters who secretly hid/has been hiding in Khmer police uniforms and cover with masks or helmets.
