If the NEC is not under the CPP's control and direction, why is it then that all its committee members are appointees of the Ministry of Interior, the security organ of the CPP?

Why have the recommendations of UN special rapporteur - Prof. Surya Subedi - concerning NEC reform fallen on deaf ears up to now?

What evidence is there by which to conclude that the reduction in the number of seats “won” by the CPP from 90 [2008] to 68 [2013] indicates that the NEC is not under the CPP's direction?

Is it possible that the CPP has lost to the CNRP by a landslide, yet somehow cooked up the results to show it still wins by a whisker?

What kind of results would now have been manipulated between the CPP and the NEC had it not been for the role and vigilance of some independent poll observers, CNRP voters and activists themselves on Election Day? Another guaranteed landslide victory for the ruling party as in previous elections?

The Injustice perpetrated against the Will and hopes of ordinary Cambodian people and voters by this shameless band of natural born swines and swindlers are enough to make the stones cry out!
