America supports mass protests (in Cambodia), but urges restraint from violence អាម៉េរិក គាំទ្រ មហាបាតុកម្ម តែជំរុញមិនឲ្យ មានអំពើហិង្សា

ភ្នំពេញ៖ លោក សន ម៉ាកឃិនថុស្ស (Sean McIntosh) អ្នកនាំពាក្យស្ថានទូត សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ប្រចាំ នៅកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងថា ខ្លួនគាំទ្រឲ្យមាន មហាបាតុកម្ម ដែលដឹកនាំ លោកសម រង្ស៊ី ប៉ុន្តែក៏អំពាវនាវ មិនឲ្យមានអំពើហិង្សា កើតឡើងដែរ ហើយមិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ក៏ជំរុញដល់គណបក្ស កាន់អំណាច និងគណបក្ស ប្រឆាំងរកដំណោះស្រាយ ដោយសន្តិ វិធីផងដែរ។ Sean McIntosh, spokesman for the U.S embassy in Cambodia, said he supports mass protests lead by Sam Rainsy but called for the restraint from violence and at the same time urges the ruling party and the opposition to resolve the issue (election dispute) peacefully.

មានប្រសាសន៍ប្រាប់អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន ក្នុងជំនួបស្រស់ស្រូបអាហារ ថ្ងៃត្រង់មួយនា ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នំា២០១៣ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោក Sean McIntosh បានបញ្ជាក់ថា “ការធ្វើមហាបាតុកម្មនេះគឺវាមិនមែនជា ការអាក្រក់នោះទេ វាជាមធ្យោបាយសម្រាប់ ឲ្យប្រជាជនបានសំដែងចេញនូវអ្វី ដែលមានក្នុងខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគេ .... វាជាមធ្យោបាយ មួយល្អក៏ប៉ុន្តែ កុំឲ្យវាក្លាយទៅជា អំពើហិង្សា....តែយ៉ាងណាក្តី អ្វីដែលសំខាន់គឺ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ត្រូវឡើងតុចរចារដើម្បី ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាហ្នឹងដោយសន្តិវិធី អានេះវាចំណុចសំខាន់ សម្រាប់ប្រទេស ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ” ។ Speaking to journalists during a lunch time meeting in Phnom Penh on Friday 30 August, Mr. Sean McIntosh said "To conduct mass protests is not a bad thing. It is a means for the people to express themselves.... it's the best way as long as it does not degenerate into violence. However, what is important is that both parties must come to the negotiating table to resolve the issue peacefully. This is the most important thing in a democratic country".

គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលជាគណបក្សចាញ់ឆ្នោតបាន អះអាងថា ការបោះឆ្នោតដែល បានប្រព្រឹត្តឡើង កាលពី ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា កន្លងទៅមិនមានភាព ប្រសើរឡើយ ហើយថាការបោះឆ្នោតនោះមិនឯករាជ្យ និងលួចបន្លំសន្លឹក ឆ្នោត ជាដើម ដូច្នេះហើយបានជា គណបក្សនេះ ចង់ដឹកនាំធ្វើមហាបាតុកម្ម ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងលទ្ធផលឆ្នោត ទាំង នោះ ។ The opposition CNRP has claimed that the 28 July election was full of irregularities, accusing the election committee as not being independent which lead it to decide to hold mass protests on 7th September against the election results.

បើយោងតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មាន របស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានបញ្ជាក់ថាពួកគេនឹង ដឹកនាំធ្វើមហា បាតុកម្ម អហិង្សានេះនៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា ខាងមុខនេះ ប៉ុន្តែមិនបានបញ្ជាក់ចំនួន អ្នកចូលរួមនោះទេ។

ទាក់ទងនឹងបញ្ហាបោះឆ្នោតដ៏ចម្រូងចម្រាសនេះ គណបក្សប្រជាជននិង គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានឡើងតុ ចរចាគ្នា ជាច្រើនលើកច្រើនសារ មកហើយ តែកិច្ចពិភាក្សានោះ ពុំបានផ្លែផ្កាឡើយ ។

តែទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក នៅតែប្រកាន់ជំហរជំរុញ ឲ្យភាគីទាំងពីររកដំណោះស្រាយ ដ៏សមស្រប មួយដើម្បី ជៀសវាងអសន្តិសុខ ក្នុងសង្គម ៕
