Message of CNRP President Sam Rainsy

2,000-5,000 Cambodian workers in South Korea greeted Mr. Sam Rainsy on 2 June 2013.
Seoul, June 2, 2013

HUN SEN IS PLAYING A DESTRUCTIVE GAME

Prime Minister Hun Sen is accusing CNRP Vice-President Kem Sokha of being too lenient with former Khmer Rouge leaders by allegedly denying some of their most heinous crimes.
The same Hun Sen is also accusing me, Sam Rainsy, as CNRP President, of being too harsh with the same former Khmer Rouge leaders by pushing for their prosecution, therefore allegedly risking a “civil war.”

While the CNRP only stands for justice we can see Hun Sen’s inconsistency.
As a matter of fact, Hun Sen has been protecting several former Khmer Rouge leaders, who are now top-ranking CPP and government officials such as Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Keat Chhon and Hor Namhong, by encouraging them not to respond to summons from international judges at the U.N.-sponsored Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

Hun Sen is behaving like a Khmer Rouge accomplice by interfering in, and blocking, the work of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal.
While I only want justice to proceed unhindered, Hun Sen threatens the whole country with a civil war if the CNRP wins the upcoming elections.

Hun Sen is distorting the truth, manipulating justice and bullying the Cambodian people. He now tries to create tensions for political gains.

I urge the Cambodian people not to play into Hun Sen’s inconsistent and destructive game.

Sam Rainsy

2000-5000 Korean slaves, they need to come home and work in Cambodia instead.

7:17 am, They'd rather become Korean slaves than Yuon and Hun sen's slaves. You know why these people become Korean slaves? It is because of Hun Sen's corruption and incompetence in creating jibs, that's why they become slaves to foreigners. If there are jobs in Cambodia with decent pay and conditions, they will never went to work overseas in the first place.

My hat off to these Cambodian youths in Korea for caring about their homeland, Cambodia.
