Amendment to new law on Khmer Rouge atrocities

Sam Rainsy
The CNRP wil propose an amendment to also punish those who use and abuse their political position to interfere in judicial proceedings with the effect of obstructing justice and preventing the due prosecution of former Khmer Rouge leaders responsible for crimes against humanity.

Anyone, like Hun Sen, that has been known of trying to prevent Khmer Rouge from being prosecuted should be prosecuted instead.

You can not do a protest against Kem Sokha, who already declared that he did not say that Toul Sleng did not exist, the mass protest only will be seen as a twisted logic,a political tool done by Hanoi's and its puppets.

I would like to urge Khem Sokha to seek media like VOA and Free Asia to clear the public's doubt or to meet the victims of Toul Sleng personally and explain to them that this political tool here is being twisted and spined as a propaganda and a tool to confuse in order to serve the upcoming election for CPP and Hanoi's interests.

Cambodia need an urgent escape for freedom from Hanoi's mechanism/chains.

Good proposal. Anyone known to be involved in Khmer Rouge crimes or was ex-KR leaders like Hun Sen, Chea Sim and Heng Samrin must be banned from holding office.
