In their rush to modernise and develop, many countries across Asia are destroying heritage buildings.
A project in Cambodia is looking to preserve historic remnants of the 1960s in the coastal town of Kep.
The story starts with Prince Sisowath Thomico reading the poem "Beauty of Kep", as Claire Slattery reports from Cambodia.
Kep Expo hopes to hold an exhibition in Phnom Penh, Paris and Kep later this year to mark the 60th anniversary of Cambodia's independence.
Presenter: Claire Slattery
Speaker: Serge Remy, from heritage NGO the Vimana Association; Prince Sisowath Thomico; Prum Chomran, deputy governor of Kep
