Konstantin Baglai and Alexander
Karachinsky of Russia who were arrested with their friend, real estate
tycoon Sergei Polonsky in Cambodia have been temporary released on bail,
one of their lawyers said Thursday.
The three were arrested before New Year on charges of using physical violence with regard to local seamen.
They allegedly made the seamen jump in the water threatening them with
knives during a boat trip.
Russians deny the charges saying they had a minor conflict due to the language barrier.
