Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had earlier visited Phnom Penh on Oct 21, to pay tribute to the former monarch who died of a heart attack in Beijing on Oct 15.
While in Phnom Penh, Mr Tharman will also meet with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Keat Chhon, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said yesterday.
Mr Tharman will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the statement said.
