យួនបានបញ្ជាឲ្យ ហ៊ុន សែន សម្លាប់លោក ចាន់ ស៊ី នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨៥ ព្រោះតែលោក ចាន់ ស៊ី មិនព្រមអនុវត្តន៍តាមផែនការ ក៥ របស់យួ​ន ។ បន្ទាប់ពីសម្លាប់លោក ចាន់ ស៊ី ហើយគឺលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានរៀបចំក្បូនដង្ហែរ និងប្រារព្ធពិធីបុណ្យយ៉ាងអធិកអធម ដែលយើងមើល​ទៅហាក់​ដូចជា ហ៊ុន សែន ស្តាយនិងគោរពលោក ចាន់ ស៊ី ណាស់អញ្ចឹង តាមពិត ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្លួនឯងគឺជា​ឃាតករសម្លាប់លោក ចាន់ ស៊ី  ។ ចំណែកការសោយ​ទីវង្គត់របស់អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រ​ក៏ដូចរឿង​លោក ចាន់ ស៊ី អញ្ចឹងដែរ ហ៊ុន សែន បានធ្វើគត់ព្រះអង្គតាមរយះការប្រមាថ​មើលងាយ ព្រះអង្គ បង្គំព្រះអង្គឲ្យព្រម ប្រគល់នូវព្រំដែនគោក ព្រំដែនទឹករបសខ្មែរ ឲ្យទៅយួន និងការឈ្លានពាន​របស់​យួនមក​លើកម្ពុជាថាជាការស្របច្បាប់  ។ ជាក់ស្តែងនៅយប់ដែល​អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រសោយ​ទី​វង្គត់​នោះគឺបន្ទាប់ពី ហ៊ុន សែន បាន​ទូរសព្ទ័ទៅនិយាយជាមួយព្រះ​អង្គជាង៥ម៉ោង ដើម្បីឲ្យព្រះ​អង្គព្រមទទួលស្គាល់ថា កោះ​ត្រល់​ជាកោះរបស់យួន តែព្រះអង្គមិនព្រម ធ្វើតាម ក៏មានជជែកគ្នា​យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ។ ដោយសារភាពជរា និងទ្រាំនូវការប្រមាថមើល៍ងាយពី ហ៊ុន សែន មិនបានព្រះអង្គបាន​សោយទីវង្គត់ក្រោយ​ពេល​ដែលជជែលជា ហ៊ុន សែន តែប៉ុន្មាននាទីប៉ុណ្ណោះ  ។ បន្ទាប់ពីព្រះអង្គ​សោយ​ទីវង្គត់ហើយ  ដោយមើលឃើញថា  ប្រជារាស្ត្រ​ដែលគាំទ្រអតីតព្រមហាក្សត្រ័មានច្រើន​សើល​លប់ ទើប ហ៊ុន សែន ឆ្លៀត​ឳកាសសំរក់ទឹកភ្នែកក្រពើរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីបោកខ្មែរថា ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្លួនឯងមានការ សោកស្តាយអតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រ័ តាមពិត​ ហ៊ុន សែន គឺឃាតករជាអ្នកសម្លាប់ អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រ សម្លាប់ លោក ចាន់ ស៊ី និងខ្មែរស្នេហាជាតិដ៏ច្រើនរាប់មិនអស់ ៕

Vietnam ordered Hun sen to kill Chan Si in 1985 because Chan Sy refused to implement the K-5 Plan devised by Vietnam. After he killed Chan Sy, Hun Sen organised a big funeral procession and an auspicious funeral ceremony which made to look like Hun Sen was was deeply sad and highly respected Chan Sy. In actual fact, was the killer of Chan Sy.

The death of King Father Sihanouk was the same as the death of Chan Sy. Hun Sen was the one who killed Sihanouk through his insults, through his coercion for His Majesty to cede land boundary and sea boundary to Vietnam and accept Vietnam's invasion as legitimate.

The fact was, on the night Sihanouk died, Hun Sen made a 5-hour telephone call to the ex-king, forcing him to accept that Koh Tral Island belong to Vietnam, but the ex-king refused to accept Hun Sen's demand which lead to heated exchanges between Hun Sen and Sihanouk.

Because of old age and because he cannot endure Hun Sen's insults, Sihanouk suffered a heard attack and died a few hours after a heated telephone exchanges with Hun Sen.

After Sihanouk had died and after he saw overwhelming number of the population support Sihanouk, Hun Sen took a chance to shed his crocodile tears to fool the Khmer people that Hun Sen himself was sorry for the loss of Sihanouk. But in actual fact, Hun Sen was the killer who killed the ex-king, who killed Chan Sy and numerous Khmer patriots.
