To teach Hun Sen to be civilised is to have his head hanged on a spike, spoked with the blood of the thousands of children, men and women who were killed, homeless, from his 33 years of brutal regime, from the K5 Planning in the 1980s, to the hundreds of oppositions member killed in the Coup in the 1990s and now millions of Khmer fighting of their land and home not to be taken from his people.
