Cambodia's World Heritage Angkor Wat attracts 2.06 mln foreigners in 2012

PHNOM PENH, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia's Angkor Wat Temple, one of the World Heritage Sites, received 2.06 million foreign visitors last year, up 28 percent compared to 1.61 million in a year earlier, a tourism report said Tuesday.
The top five countries visiting the country's largest cultural site are South Korea, Vietnam, China, Japan and Thailand, showed the report of the Siem Reap provincial tourism department.
The temple greeted 339,530 South Koreans last year, up 23 percent year-on-year; 220,050 Vietnamese, down 13 percent; 184,965 Chinese, up 51 percent; 134,630 Japanese, up 9 percent; and 129, 660 Thais, up 153 percent.
Chhoeuy Chhorn, administration chief of Siem Reap provincial tourism department, attributed the remarkable rise of tourists to the temple to the country's full security and safety, more direct flight connections between Siem Reap City and other countries and broader tourism promotion. "It is expected that foreign visitors to the temple could grow by another 15 percent this year,"he told Xinhua over telephone.
Siem Reap's Angkor archeological park is situated about 315 kilometers northwest of Cambodian capital Phnom Penh.
An entrance fee to see the temple is 20 U.S. dollars a day for a foreigner, 40 U.S. dollars for a three-day visit and 60 U.S. dollars for a weeklong visit.
Tourism is one of the major four pillars supporting the economy. The others are garment industry, agriculture and real estate.

We need to remove illegal Vietnamese guy Sok Kong out of Cambodia's the World Tourist Angkor Wat and Angkor Complex or Ruins.

This Vietnamese Sok Kong has no respects for the Khmer/Cambodia National Symbol on Cambodia/Khmer Flag because he has illegally done the business and taken the profits from illegal Angkor Wat Business disrespectfully. Hun Sen has not learned and understood that Angkor Wat is the Symbol of Khmer/Cambodia National and Kingship because he was cheated and told by illegal Vietnamese advisers, i.e., Sok Kong, telling Hun Sen that he would have made millions or billions of dollars for himself (Hun Sen) and Sok Kong has profited for himself from the World Most Famous (7 World Wonder) Angkor Wat tourists for more than 3 decades. The money (billions of dollars) from Angkor Wat tourists have not been benefiting to Khmer/Cambodian nation and Kingship and people of Cambodian.

It is time for Hun Sen to wake up and need to know it is wrong to have illegal Vietnamese business man Sok Kong to destroy the national symbol and flag of Khmer/Cambodia nation and people.

For examples, the U.S. is very sensitive about National Symbol and Flag as their respects. No one can not mess around with the U.S. Flag and Symbol of Nation.

Now, the illegal Vietnamese Sok Knog is just a illegal business man without proper education and respects for National Symbol and Flag of Cambodia/Khmer nation.

That is why we regard Vietnam and Vietnamese people like Sok Kong as thief and thieves for illegal profits and cheated the uneducated 5th grade leader Hun Sen was illegally installed by his Vietnamese masters in Hanoi including Sok Kong.

We need to file the lawsuits against Sok Kong who illegally involved these illegal business using Angkor Wat symbol on Khmer National Flag and Khmer Nation and People.

Sok Kong is the most stupid thief and illegal Vietnamese animal on earth without knowing how ugly and evil he is to these days or to this present.

That was Sok Kong and other his illegal Vietnamese opportunists like Sok An, Var Kim Hong, Keat Chhon, etc., involved illegally with Hun Sen and cheated Hun Sen for more than 3 decades.

Just for now and there will be more criticisms about Sok Kong and Hun Sen according to the Peace Agreement Accord in Paris 1991.
