Prime Minister Hun Sen delivers a speech at Graduation Ceremony for University of Cambodia
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - Prime Minister Hun Sen said Thursday
he was refusing to meet with Surya Subedi, the visiting United Nations
special rapporteur for human rights.
"I am responsible [accoutable] only to the Cambodian National Assembly and the citizens. I don’t recognize people who write reports. In short, I don’t have time for a meeting to listen to recommendations from someone," he told a graduation ceremony.
"Why should I be responsible [accountable] to a foreigner? He wants to write recommendations on whatever he wants," the prime minister said. "Do I now have to adopt another person's recommendations to the constitution and Cambodian laws?" [This is the beginning of the UN envoy's nightmarish working relationships with Hun Sen and he will become the subject of Hun Sen's insults like the ex-envoy Prof. Yash Ghai].
Hun Sen asserted that he was "not under the control of anyone including the United Nations Secretary General.
"By contrast, we have the right to vote for the UN Secretary General and he doesn’t have the right to nominate anything for Cambodia. Only Cambodian citizens have the right to choose the government at the ballot box."
Hun Sen continued that the "prime minister of a country is not under the sole of any foreigner’s foot ... Only the National Assembly has the right to question me.
"I am nobody’s student and I'm not affected by the advice of others. Next time, please don’t broadcast the time, place and day to meet," he said.
"We are not people who don’t listen to the comments of others. But others should not consider themselves as being able to boss Cambodia or Hun Sen around."

...or how stupid he is. Hun Sen think he is the master, but in fact he is a puppet of Vietnam. By acting so childish like this, Hun Sen is making the world see that he never care about Cambodia or the Cambodian people, but care about himself and his powers only.
Not the Khmer people, not the laws that Hun Sen listens to, Dictator and Puppet Hun Sen only listens to his
Hanoi Masters.
Just like Pol Pot , Hun Sen listens to China only . China has encouraged these two monsters to isolate Cambodia from International Community so that it will monopolize economically and politically . Now , it's time for International Court to review his crimes and issue arrest warrant . UN must take him to Hague , make him to sit down and listen to what UN has to say , otherwise Hun Sen thinks that he is still above any law ,
including International law .

I think Time for Hun is coming, He does not want to see the UN chief of Human rights while Hun Is applying human right abuse in Cambodia, time for the top world power countries must think to rescue Cambodia, I think time for Hun is nearly finished, if UN, US, Australia, European start looking at Cambodia, time for Hun will be finished.
HUN SEN must be called "THE MAD DOG" of ASEAN.
