The United States Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (pictured) will make a one-day
official visit to Cambodia on November 16 in order to bolster military
ties between the two countries, according to a press release from
Cambodian Ministry of Defense on Monday.
During the visit,
Panetta will hold bilateral talks with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister
and Defense Minister Tea Banh in Siem Reap province, the press release
said, adding that the talks will focus on cooperation in the defense
sector between Cambodia's Defense Ministry and the US Department of
Defense.
It said that both sides will discuss cooperation in
military human resources development, search for the remains of US
soldiers missing in war time, and other issues.
"It will be the
first time that Leon Panetta visits Cambodia to boost bilateral ties in
military and security," Lt. Gen. Nem Sowath, director general of the
Defense Ministry's Policy and Foreign Affairs Department, said in a
press briefing on Monday.
He said that Panetta's visit to
Cambodia will coincide with the ASEAN Defense Ministers Retreat to be
held in Cambodia's Siem Reap province from November 15-17, so there
could be an informal consultation between the ASEAN Defense Ministers
and Panetta.

Vietnam is a really criminal country and thief nation on earth and Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi are real killers including a warmonger, evil Ho Chi Minh (a real master-minded killer of all times). The gullible Vietnamese people have thought that their leaders in Hanoi are great and war heroes against American, but disgusted Vietnamese leaders and thief nation cheated by asking for China and Russian for help including Sihanouk King and Khmer Rouges led by Pol Pot (Sarlot Sar) to help fight against American and won the war instead. How evil and hypocrite the Vietnamese folks are and so are the Hanoi leaders. They announced for themselves that the world supported and admired them as specials, but they are really evil and thieves on earth. They cheated and stole the lands from Cambodia by killing Khmer people in the blind eyes because they (Vietnamese folks and leaders) think that they could do whatever they wanted until today and look down or disobey the international law to protect every country on earth. The gullible and low educated Vietnamese folks (brainwashed people)and their leaders in Hanoi think that they can get away with their crimes they have committed to these days to Cambodian people as well as Laos. When it comes to the conflicts with China over the islands in China sea, they used the U.S. to be their side to fight against China. So, Vietnam is so far beyond the criminal country and they think are smart to play the games with whoever in the International stage to convince that they are bullshitting to be innocent victims of other instead. Again and again, they are so hypocrite and unreliable. This Vietnam and its Vietnamese people are really really and really committed suicidal themselves because the heavy crimes they have committed to other people. They are very dangerous. So, the U.S. needs to be very careful because Vietnamese folks and Hanoi leaders when it comes to conflicts between hypocrite Yuon/Vietnamese folks and Chinese folks. So, the U.S. needs to stay away from their political games and tricks coming from evil and criminal Vietnam.
