I don't know his background of Mr. Hor Namhong is, and I have nothing against Mr. Hor, I'm sure he went through a lot during, considering his age, but one thing that bugging me that I never understand what he said, either in Khmer nor in English language, he seem to be stuttering, mumbling, or babbling. I'm sorry to say that but that how I see it.

To be a representative of a country, in his case a foreign minister, I think you need to be articulate as a person, to get respect and for the world to listen to you when you speak.

Hor Nam Hong was a Khmer Rouge Chief Prisoner officer, one of the Pol Pot high ranking official and one of Hun Sen's close friend during the Pol Pot regime.

Even on his dying bed, Hun Sen will have his trusted Khmer Rouge commander by his side.
