It is similar to let people vote for the number one of wonder in the world.

If we asked people around people to vote for the top wonder in the world.

There might be first is the Great Wall of China or second is the Taj Maha in India or third might give to the statue of liberty in the US or Indonesian wonder...etc.

I wonder how much Hun Sen spent lobbying or campaigning for the UN vote. The Australian government spent $24 million, but they vote the seat.

Considering that there are plenty of human rights abuses in Cambodia, like land evictions, Mam Sonando's and Sam Rainsy's imprisonments, Bun Ratha's case and so one, Cambodia doesn't have a chance.
