Opposition youth groups pays tribute to King Father
PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - About one hundred members of the Sam
Rainsy Party youth group marched Tuesday from Democracy Park to the
Royal Palace to pay tribute to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk.
Soung Sophorn, the group's leader, said 30 members shaved their heads.
The group announced earlier it had called off a protest scheduled for Tuesday which was to have demanded respect for human rights and reform of the National Election Committee
