Did Hun Sen ban the live telecast of the procession of Sihanouk's body?

Pang Sokheuon has claimed in his blog http://sokheounpang.wordpress.com/ that his mother and his relatives are disappointed that all TV stations like Bayon TV, CTN, TVK, TV3, Apsara TV, TV9 etc... did not telecast the arrival of Sihanouk's body. He hypothised that the absence of live telecast was probably due to the ban by Mr. Hun Sen for fearing that Khmer people seethe real supports of the monarchy due to the huge turn out and enormous grief shown by mourners and this can cause the general population to increase their supports for the monarchy and the royal family and therefore deprive the CPP and Mr. Hun Sen of the supports they desperately needed.

Can anyone confirm if the procession of Sihanouk's body through the streets of Phnom Penh telecast live by TV or radio stations in Cambodia?
