whom would you have criticized?
Moreover, it's not a discussion on
the richness or the poorness or the standards of living. It was on the preservation
of human rights. You are a demonic leader and you want the innocent Cambodian
people to forget their domestic human right issues and make them busy in
thinking about some statements of the UN or political status of homeland of
some UN officials.
I, being a Nepalese, feel glad to post that Nepal
had a far better and transparent election than Cambodia, with a prompt ease to human
rights, despite of the fact of the failure of the political leaders to draft a new constitution due
to lack of consensus on the model of federalism.

I have to agreed with you for the fact that you're saying the truth about this MAD DOG bite anyone in its way.You are right! I am Cambodian citizen but I am considered myself as an education individual non bias citizen of Cambodia,educated in Cambodia and abroad,Mr Hun sen is really paranoia and crazy beyond imagination.
You're right,Mr Hun sen know nothing about fair debate or solving conflicts by peaceful means or taking critism from any of his critics whether it right or wrong,he won't takes it,he has mentality as a "strong man, my way or the high way" this is tyrany's mentality of the jungle gangster on the street.

I agree with this critic. Hun Sen is a killer, a liar, a cheater. This man has no honour, no education, no family values. To get what he wants, Hun Sen will kill people, frame people, frame an old old whose done nothing wrong eg. framing Mom Sonando during one of his public speech accusing Mom Sonando of being the ring leader before the court or police had even begun their investigation. As a result no no evidence, the court had to do as Hun Sen requested, that is to send Mom Sonando to a maximum sentence.
Not only is Hun Sen a mad dog fro Vietnam. He has since killed many Khmer in the K5 planning, sending many Khmer to die during the 10 years occupation after the Vietnamese Invasion in 1979.
This mad dog always yell and exert his strongman power with the jungle law. The UN convoy is an educated man whose seen what others have seen. Hun Sen is a Khmer killer waiting to wait another Khmer at the request of his master.
I wonder if Hun Sen at least had a heart when he realised Loun Sovath had won the Human Right Award. Hun Sen will kill anyone who crosses his path.
A dictator, who had never tolerated criticism for years, doesn't understand between constructive criticism and an attack. He never look at himself in the mirror, so he doesn't see his own dirts.
Even a child knows that the Cambodia government, police, military, officials, courts and so on and so on.. abused their own citizens because they can see with their own eyes that it is happening everyday before their eyes.
Prof. Subedi had restrained from criticizing Hun Sen and his government for 3 years since 2009, so it's about time he say the truth so that Hun Sen can take remedial actions to right his wrongs- don't care about Hun Sen's mad dog behavior.
Cambodia should not have stupid leader like Hun Sen. I feel shame my country have leader as Mr Hun Sen.

Min kroup tic is an old Khmer phrase not many young Khmer understand the old saying.
It means hun sen was born without enough water. That sounds true for Hun sen. For he is the dumbest PM in the world.

Min Kroup Teuk means "half quid" or "Downs Syndrome", but what are the causes of all these abnormalities? Maybe, like you said, the person was born without enough water, like you said about Hun Sen.
