PHNOM PENH, 20 August 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - A primary school financed by the
Vietnamese province of Dong Thap has been inaugurated in neighboring
Prey Veng province in Cambodia, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The report said Le Minh Hoan, chairman of Dong Thap provincial People’s Committee, inaugurated the new $145,000 school in Peam Ro district on Friday.
Chau Van Chi, chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Cambodia, was quoted as saying that the school would be expanded to provide secondary education.

If you are not going to educate your citizens then someone else will. Schools are good, we need more educated people. A bunch of illiterate will make more crimes, wasting state resources.
Lets start with Hun Nal. lets send him back to Youn to be educated properly. If Hun Nal can pass the test in Vietnam then he can rule Vietnam.
