TENAFLY, New Jersey – August 17, 2012: Whether it’s your first
introduction to, or you’re old friends with Cambodian culture, you never
lose your enchantment for this warm and inviting country. On Saturday,
October 13th, transport yourself to Cambodia with traditional Cambodian
cuisine, dancing, and shopping at the New York Friends of Friends (FoF)
13th annual benefit for Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC).
In addition to helping FoF New York raise funds to help AHC continue to provide critical healthcare to the children of Cambodia, attendees will dine on a multi-course feast prepared by Cambodian caterer Victor Huynh.

The
lively flavors of lemongrass, coconut, and lime mingle with shrimp,
fish, and fresh vegetables. Guests wearing gorgeous, bright silks create
a buzz around the silent auction table, upon which hand-sewn silk
pouches, bamboo woven containers, and colorful scarves abound. Don’t
forget to bring your dance shoes as attendees will learn the steps of
traditional Cambodian dance. There will also be a live auction featuring
prints by Kenro Izu as well as an Adopt-A-Nurse program.
To purchase tickets go to www.fwab.org/tickets; adult tickets are $75 and children are $45.
